Technology Overview

The Display Driver IC (DDIC) is a core device for the switching and display control functions needed by liquid crystal display and AMOLED panels. As panel resolution and data transmission speeds have increased, DDIC technology has had to concurrently develop rapidly.

SMIC continuously works by investing in and developing a more advanced high voltage platform, for large, small, and medium LCD/AMOLED panel driver IC. We also provide competitive SRAM cell sizes to meet customers' design requirements.

Our 95HV platform has excellent performance boosting solutions, which can be widely used in High resolution DDIC, in-cell TDDIC, AMOLED applications.
